Notice of Annual General Meeting

Please be notified of Dressage Tasmania State Dressage Authority (SDA) Annual General Meeting
Friday, 7 August 2026 at 7pm via Microsoft Teams

Dressage Tasmania has received 8 (eight) nominations for State Dressage Authority committee positions. The Constitution allows 7 (seven) positions.

In line with Section 15.3 of the Constitution a member vote is open to elect 7 (seven) nominees to form a Committee.

Equestrian Tasmania is conducting the vote as a neutral party on behalf of Dressage Tasmania.

The Constitution states that successful nominees of the vote would be 'first past the post' which means the 7 nominees with the most votes are elected. To vote you must be a current Senior Dressage Tasmania member for the period 1 July 2026 - 30 June 2027. Your Dressage Tasmania membership number is essential to vote. Click this link to vote https://form.jotform.com/261901112932852 - only one vote per person is accepted. Duplicate votes won't be counted.

Voting closes 11.45pm 27 July 2026. Please note that Equestrian Tasmania receives and manages the nominations, and only the final vote count is provided to Dressage Tasmania.

Individual votes or the names of members who voted are not disclosed in order to maintain voter anonymity. Equestrian Tasmania also verifies the eligibility of each vote by cross-checking against the Dressage Tasmania membership database to confirm that each voter was a valid  Senior Dressage Tasmania member at the time of voting per the Dressage Tasmania Constitution.
