NTEC/LPRC ODE – Trevallyn 

Trevallyn Nature Recreation Area
Sunday 20th November 2016 - 8am start time.

Please note: Riders must provide a helper either on the day or before the event. Possible jobs listed below:

Marking out dressage arenas/ Flagging - Sat 19th Nov 9am.

Set up of arenas 20th Nov 7am

Set up SJ/ dismantling dressage arenas and SJ - On the day

Fence stewards, pencillers, marshallers etc

CANTEEN - Full canteen will be available on the day.
WATER - Fresh clean tap water is available from the trough on the SE corner of arena, and near club house car park. Please ask for details onsite.
TREVALLYN NATURE RECREATION AREA – Please remember to have your vehicles clean of any soils and seeds when entering a state reserve. This is a condition of use. All manure and feed must be removed please ensure you bring a bucket or bag to take yours home!
LIABILITY - Neither Launceston Pony & Riding Club Inc., the organising committee, nor the PCAT, or NTEC accepts liability for any accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, riders, ground, spectators, or any other person or property whatsoever.

1st AID / VETERINARIAN – A paramedic will be onsite for the cross country phase. Roger Blackwell will be the onsite veterinarian.
A list of local veterinarians will be available on the board outside the clubroom

Rules and Eligibility

Please ensure you are entered in the correct class and have the relevent memberships/ registrations for that class
