Presented to the thoroughbred horse (previously raced) gaining the highest average percentage of all official tests ridden over the championships (minimum of two tests). Horses must be registered with the Australian Register of Racehorses and have a previous race record. Winners are required to be available for a promotional interview with TasRacing.
